KZN hit by floods for the second time

Floods and torrential rains hit South Africa’s KwaZulu-Natal for the second time in two months.
Torrential rains have once again created havoc for families in eastern South Africa, just a month after the worst floods in living memory killed more than 400 people and made nearly 7,000 people homeless.
