Dr. Vibeke is a human rights lawyer specialised in international children’s rights, human rights and international humanitarian law in which she holds a PhD from University of Copenhagen, Denmark. She has previously held a number of positions, including Project Officer at the Delegation of the European Union to South Africa (focusing on human rights, gender equality and gender-based violence) and Special Advisor at the Danish Institute for Human Rights, in the Research Department and as team leader in the Equal Treatment Department.
Prior, Dr. Vibeke served as a Volunteer Advisor with Save the Children’s UN Representative in New York and held positions as Attorney-at-Law and as Head of Section at the Danish Competition Authority.
